Hi, I’m Jonathan Mostowski
I've been building Agile Acquisitions for over a decade, drawing on more than 20 years of experience leading procurement strategy and execution across the federal government and the private sector. From 2015 to 2019, I served at the U.S. Digital Service (USDS) — including its defense-focused arm, the Defense Digital Service (DDS) — working inside federal procurement to help the government buy and deliver technology better.
In 2023, I was recognized by Marquis Who's Who in America for my contributions to the field. I'm also the author of Leading Agile Acquisitions: A Guide to Creating Culture Change in Government Contracting — the playbook behind how I advise clients today.
My goal is to share the knowledge, experience, and techniques I have used over the past two decades to drive innovation in Federal Acquisitions.
